GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC REVENUE (AGIP)
Until late 2008, AGIP was the only tax collecting agency in the City of Buenos Aires. Taxpayers should complete all formalities and payment in person at the offices designated for that purpose. These procedures were very cumbersome and generated uneasiness in the population. Due to the huge workload and the accumulation of printed forms, the simplest proceedings could take years.
While there was a revenue web site, it was limited to be purely informative and did not allow interaction between the agency and taxpayers. The only procedures that could be performed online were queries, balance, and print bills. In addition, this web site was online only from Monday to Friday from 8am to 2pm.
In the scenario of the new AGIP, when the General Administration of Public Revenue (AGIP) was established. The name change brought with it a new image and the comprehensive modernization of the institution was promoted.
The main focus of change was the creation of a new web site under the name of AGIP domain www.agip.gov.ar. This site concentrates all the information working as a virtual window allowing online procedures 24/7, all year long. Therefore, operations that previously required to be performed in person and an extensive waiting time, were replaced by a mere formality on the Internet.
Barometer of LATCO Enterprises
The Business Barometer began its development at Deloitte Argentina in 2005 as a communication strategy and marketing to position the new Department of Economics, opened the same year, and in order to be a quality product to offer useful indicators for making decisions.
The success achieved after the completion of 18 Barometers of Companies in Argentina, since its results are consulted by company directors, as well as journalists, academics, politicians, students of the subject and all those interested in learning and knowing the trends and macroeconomic policies of the country, encouraged export experience to the rest of the countries of LATCO.
The Business Barometer project for LATCO allows to intensify the relationship with customers and aims to have a greater presence in the region.
Currently the Department of Economics at Deloitte Argentina and the Departments of Clients & Markets at Deloitte Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, Peru and Uruguay are involved in the project with the support of Matrice Consulting.
Recategorization of Civil and Military personnel
Since the National Administration of Civil Aviation was created, there was an urgent need to pigeonhole the personnel, both civilian and military, to adapt to the new structure.
The project involved the analysis of civil and military hierarchy, the recategorization, the auditing and migration of the files recategorized in the ANAC HR system.
National Apicultural Traceability System - SENASA
The apic traceability system organizes the flow of the honey chain and allows the different actors to interact with each other, getting to know the destination of the content of each drum.
Currently, there are more than 5000 registered actors nationwide. The objective is to trace the honey from the apiary of origin to its export, allowing the country to recover markets and gain new ones.

National TeleHealth System
The National Telehealth System facilitates the generation and scaling of a distance medical consultation between two or more health professionals and / or between a patient and one or more health professionals.
The platform allows to design and manage the telehealth networks composed of the different nodes (institutions) and keep track of the state in which each query is located.
